In addition to leading the creative team at Amuse, I also spearheaded the content team, overseeing the overall content strategy, developing calendars, and mentoring content and social media managers.

Through this new content strategy, we achieved impressive growth, expanding our Instagram following from 20k to 100k followers in just two years. Our strong and consistent content calendar delivered a mix of edutainment, inspiration, representation, engagement, announcements, and curation, enriching the experience for both our artists and followers.

We launched a redesigned website that simplifies our offerings into three main categories: Distribution, Financial Services, and Artist Services. I was responsible for developing the design system and creating the visual components that bring our brand to life online.
 

From 2020 to 2022, we pivoted our content strategy to emphasize edutainment, as many of our artists were staying home due to COVID-19—an ideal opportunity for them to enhance their music creation skills. During this period, we collaborated with SEO agencies and conducted internal research to identify the most relevant educational articles and video content. This led to the development of our blog, positioning us as a trusted source of edutainment for independent artists.

Thus, "Breaking It Down" was born—a step-by-step resource designed to support artists throughout their journey, from pre-release to post-release strategies.
