As part of Amuse’s licensed artist services division, I led creative operations supporting artist marketing, physical releases, merchandise, and platform campaigns.
Acting as the primary creative partner to label marketing teams, I translated business objectives into scalable creative solutions while overseeing creative production across internal teams, external vendors, and artists.
In addition to directing projects, I established workflows, managed creative prioritization, and ensured quality and consistency across a high volume of artist-facing deliverables.
